I am Ms. Kristine Ann de Jesus. I've been teaching for 8 years and it's my 5th year teaching at Brockton Public Schools; and I cannot wait to meet all of you! I’m so excited to be your child’s 1st grade teacher this year. Teaching is truly my passion, and I feel lucky to be part of such an important stage in your child’s academic and personal growth.

   In our classroom, we focus not only on building strong foundations in reading, writing, and math, but also on developing social-emotional skills like kindness, responsibility, and perseverance. I strive to create a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and engaging—where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.

I will be sharing regular updates, classroom highlights, and learning goals so you can stay connected with what’s happening in our room.
